May in Dorset

Cliff walks and misty views

May rolled in and so did the mist. A short update as I return from my week away in Dorset. The weather promised a mixture of sun and showers, instead I enjoyed a combination including wind and mist, which added to the adventure of it all.

The rugged landscape delivered a much needed break - although I’ve walked these routes many a time, I hadn’t in quite a few years so it was wonderful to re-experience these paths once again.

Cow Parsley was in full spring and so was Rapeseed - the contrasting bright lime-green/yellow against the cliffs was striking, so too were my stained clothes upon returning. it was well received to walk amongst the wild plants.
